Request Before Shipping

Customers may request an order cancellation before shipping by writing to info@muratoremobili.com. The request must include the order number, name, email used for purchase, and a clear cancellation request.

Cancellation Not Guaranteed

Pre-shipment cancellation is not guaranteed. If the order is already in advanced preparation, packaging, logistical processing, or handover to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.

After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must await delivery and, if applicable, follow the return procedure.

Effect of Request

Submitting a request does not mean the order has been canceled. Cancellation is only valid upon confirmation from customer service.

Refunds Upon Approved Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been charged, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the circuit or card issuer.
